Tim’s surveying career began in 2006 and he became a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2014, founding Harrison Clarke Chartered Surveyors in July 2017, drawing on over a decade of experience across both public and private sectors. Having held numerous key roles at companies such as University of Cambridge, Rund Partnership, Goadsby, and CBRE. With degrees in building surveying, construction project management, and business administration, Tim is also recognised as a Chartered Manager. In his current role, he will be splitting his time between the Southampton and London offices, allowing him to better serve clients and foster collaboration across both locations. In his free time, Tim enjoys playing trombone with various wind bands and pit orchestras or taking long walks in the New Forest with his dog.

Faye joined Harrison Clarke in 2018 as Tim’s assistant surveyor, quickly establishing herself as a core part of the team. From the early days working at Tim’s kitchen table to moving into the company’s second office, Faye has been pivotal in developing a client-focused and personal approach that defines Harrison Clarke. In 2022, Faye became a Member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors, bringing a relationship-focused approach to party wall instructions that has saved clients thousands in unnecessary fees. This expertise earned her the South Coast Property Awards’ Young Property Person of the Year in 2023. After completing her Master’s in Building Surveying at UCEM, Faye was nominated for the Academic Excellence Award in 2024 for her dissertation on the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. That same year, she became a Chartered Building Surveyor and was appointed as Director of Harrison Clarke. Faye’s energy extends beyond work where she performs with various music groups, playing guitar, drums and brass instruments. Faye is also very active with the Salvation Army and spends time out walking with her dog Lola.

Paul joined Harrison Clarke in 2021, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his previous roles at Daniells Harrison Chartered Surveyors, Vivid Housing, and First Wessex Property Services. Paul began his surveying career in 2008, becoming Chartered in 2015. With a background in shipping and a degree in Shipping Operations, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Surveying, Paul is also a RICS Registered Expert Witness. His expertise spans technical due diligence, dilapidations, party wall matters, contract administration, and professional negligence. When Paul’s not busy at work, you’ll usually find him tackling a home renovation project, running the occasional 10k, or enjoying a getaway with his family at their caravan. Always keeping busy and making the most of his free time!

David started his career in 2007 working his sandwich placement at Rund Partnership Limited while completing his post graduate course in Building Surveying. David continued his career with Rund as a building surveyor, specialising in project management, focusing on delivering social housing. After becoming chartered in 2015, David opened his own building surveying practice and became a director of Talisman Homes, his family run business, where he applied valuable management and technical skills to private residential property development. After running his own company for 7 years where he served a variety of different clients, David made the decision to move back into more traditional employment, spending a year with large national multi-disciplinary practice Ridge and Partners LLP, before starting at Harrison Clarke in 2023. Able to apply his expertise to a range of residential and commercial service lines, David is now drawing on his experience and focusing on project work as Head of Projects, leading the delivery of projects, development and contract administration services at Harrison Clarke, taking an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach to service delivery.

Ben joined the team in 2024 as a Surveyor with residential property experience and a Post Graduate Building Surveying Diploma with CEM, having previously undertaken the e.surv graduate programme and gaining AssocRICS status in 2014. Ben is part of the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme, having previously worked at Nationwide Building Society. Since then, Ben has worked at a large nationally based Chartered Surveying firm for several years before moving to niche practice, Harrison Clarke. Ben has experience in pre purchase home surveys, single defect reports, schedules of condition and Red Book valuations. When not spending time with his young family, Ben is a keen supporter of Southampton Football Club and can be found at St.Mary’s stadium on match day.

Sam joined Harrison Clarke in 2022, bringing with her extensive experience from roles in residential lettings and property management. She graduated with first-class honours in her master’s degree in Building Surveying from UCEM and is currently working toward her APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) to become a Chartered Building Surveyor. When Sam isn’t working, she’s indulging in her love of great food, catching a musical, or enjoying a comedy night. She’s also a passionate traveller, always on the lookout for unique experiences and quirky museums to explore during her adventures!

Coleen joined the team in 2022, bringing experience from diverse sectors such as wealth management, healthcare and education. Coleen is the backbone of the surveyors’ scheduling, managing their inspections and ensuring they know exactly where they need to be. Without her, the workflow would be chaos. Coleen plays an essential role in our daily operations. As the first point of contact for our clients, Coleen helps guide them to the right service line. She also manages incoming enquiries and offers guidance on the most suitable survey types, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Coleen has a wide range of passions, from baking scrumptious cakes and enjoying live music gigs, to exploring the New Forest on long walks. Above all, she loves spending quality time with her children.
Holly joined Harrison Clarke in 2024 as a Marketing Assistant, with a background in social media for music venues across Southampton and a degree in Music Promotion, she specialises in graphic design and implementing marketing campaigns. Holly also leads social media engagement strategies and develops effective SEO approaches. Having worked in the fast-paced music industry, Holly excels in creating engaging content and fostering authentic client connections. Holly is also dedicated to enhancing brand awareness. When Holly isn’t busy at work, you can almost always find her at a gig, scrolling through TikTok for the latest trends, or spending quality time with her family.
With a dynamic background spanning retail, recruitment, and health & weight loss, Vanessa brings a wealth of experience and a people-first approach to her role as Business Development Manager at Harrison Clarke.

Before joining Harrison Clarke, Vanessa successfully ran her own business, partnering closely with clients to support their growth and transformation journeys. She supported businesses across industries to ensure they had success in recruiting excellent partners for their teams and learned what her regular clients would need before having to ask for the support.
Her hands-on experience across multiple industries gives her a unique perspective on building strong, strategic relationships.
Outside of work, Vanessa is a proud football mum, cheering on her sons from the sidelines each weekend. Deeply embedded in her local community, she also volunteers as Treasurer for the youth section of her local football club, Sholing Youth FC.
When she’s not supporting from the sidelines or driving business growth, you’ll find her watching YouTube videos of home renovations or travelling, she especially loves camping adventures with her family.
Emma joined Harrison Clarke in 2025, bringing with her 18 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry and 5 years in the surveying field. She began her career qualifying as a carpenter and joiner, progressing to running the family business before deciding to embark on a new career. Emma achieved a First-Class Honours degree in Building Surveying from the University of Portsmouth and has recently passed her APC (Assessment of Professional Competence), achieving Chartered Building Surveyor status. Emma has a passion for construction history, building restoration, and historic properties. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, cold water swimming and getting muddy on adventures with her dog.

Sarah joined Harrison Clarke at the start of 2025. Sarah has joined Harrison Clarke as an administration assistant to support the growing team’s administrative requirements.
She has an extensive background in retail, customer service and accounts.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys reading, walking her dog and going on cycle rides with her young son.
