Tim set up Harrison Clarke Chartered Surveyors in July 2017 following a series of public and private sector surveying roles, having previously worked for the University of Cambridge, Rund Partnership, Goadsby, and CBRE. Tim’s surveying career started in 2006, and he became a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2014.
Tim has degrees in building surveying, construction project management, and business administration. Tim is also a Chartered Manager. He specialises in technical due diligence and dilapidations, and heads up the team at Harrison Clarke.
In his spare time, Tim can be found playing trombone for various wind bands and pit orchestras, or walking in the New Forest with his dogs.
